Other times, it means asking bigger questions about who you are, what matters to you, and what you actually want. Insight is great. “Ohhh, that’s why I do that” can be pretty satisfying. But I care even more about what happens next. Learning to recognize your patterns as they’re happening, understand what’s underneath them, and find a different way through. I offer telehealth therapy throughout Oregon. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, and overwhelm. I came to this work later in life, so I bring both clinical training and some good old fashioned life experience. I think both matter. I genuinely love helping people make sense of themselves. We can start wherever you are, make some sense of what’s happening, and go from there. I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
